Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Brightkeyz Infrastructure ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Brightkeyz Infrastructure provides construction and related services including:
- Residential construction and home building
- Commercial building construction
- Renovation and remodeling services
- Interior design services
- Architecture and project management
Service Agreements
All construction projects require a separate written agreement that outlines:
- Project scope and specifications
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Warranties and guarantees
- Terms specific to your project
These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.
Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs and market conditions
- Final pricing will be confirmed in the project agreement
- Additional work not included in the original scope may incur extra charges
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
- Deposits may be required before work commences
- Late payments may result in project delays
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Project Timeline
While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline:
- Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances
- Changes requested by the client may affect the timeline
- We will communicate any significant delays promptly
Warranties
- Structural work is covered by a 10-year warranty
- Finishing work is covered for 1-2 years
- Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
- Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project agreement
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your requirements
- Ensure access to the construction site as needed
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals (or authorize us to do so)
- Make timely decisions and approvals to avoid delays
- Comply with payment schedules
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and documents created by Brightkeyz Infrastructure remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as agreed.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Legal proceedings in Bengaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction if necessary
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
